We never stop improving. That’s why we have decided to use our 3D printers to create medical face shields, which are so desperately needed by healthcare workers right now.
Times like these require collaboration and creativity, sharing resources and talent – this often means coming up with ideas which are “out-of-the-box”. We decided to use our 3D printing technology for the greater good – in collaboration with the Masks for Medics project we started printing face shield elements for health care workers in Warsaw, Poland.
The organisers of the group gave us manuals on how to produce the masks. Each company produces one part, then all the elements are delivered by volunteers to hospitals. It is incredible to see how much good we can do together.
Continuing our sustainability policy we work hard to make our products as environmentally-friendly as possible – that’s why we print the face mask parts using PET-G – a material derived from recycled plastic bottles.
Let’s use creativity to help others. Find your local initiative and join the effort.
